Client Service Administrator

Apex Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Administrator to join our Luxembourg department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of our international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Client Service Manager to ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
- Monitor compliance with deadlines according to the Fund corporate calendar and internal procedures.
- Update internal databases with client data and liaise with counterparties to verify and collect required information.
- Prepare draft Operating Memoranda and ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation.
- Support the Client Service Management team with ad hoc requests from clients.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Finance or Economics.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
