Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator

Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility, and we're seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative functions associated with data entry, reporting, and data reconciliation.
  • Manage email boxes associated with order receiving and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of received goods and reject damaged items.
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
  • Coordinate carrier activity for freight (inbound and outbound) and ensure all shipping documentation is correct and accurate.
  • Manage and oversee inventory levels, inventory movement, materials requests, orders, and work in process.
  • Produce reports and summaries for the leadership team to inform inventory levels, order status, and expected delivery.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma and/or 3 years equivalent experience in Warehousing, Fulfillment, or related field.
  • Experience in productivity-based processes and Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interface with vendors and internal customers.
