Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator

Verra Mobility is a global leader in smart mobility, and we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transponder fulfillment process, including assembly, receiving, shipping, and storing of materials, parts, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with data entry, reporting, and data reconciliation.
  • Manage email boxes associated with order receiving and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of received goods and reject damaged items.
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
  • Coordinate activities with vendors, purchasing, and business partner teams.
Requirements:
  • High degree of critical thinking and good judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals/teams in a result-oriented environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
