Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled User Experience Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our UX Architecture team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Product Marketing roadmap and enhancing our subscription journey.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and a deep understanding of usability, information design, and information architecture. You will be responsible for creating and documenting holistic experiences that meet the needs of our enterprise customers and subscribers.
Your expertise should bring an understanding of modular design and design systems to contribute to a scalable, sustainable approach that enables speed to market, evolution, and optimization.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including SMEs, Editorial, UX Design, Technology, UX Research, and Product, to identify opportunities for growth within the enterprise segment and develop UX strategies that align with these objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences that support the needs of enterprise customers, ensuring that our products meet their specific business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth within the enterprise segment and develop UX strategies that align with these objectives.
- Lead efforts to optimize the subscription journey, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and reducing friction points in the user experience.
- Develop user flows that guide potential subscribers through a seamless and engaging journey from discovery to conversion.
