Regional Field Sales Manager

As a Regional Field Sales Manager at Red Bull Gruppe, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and driving the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. Your primary goal will be to implement agreed-upon Perfect Store and WvsC standards through active selling and 360-degree working, while transferring Red Bull Culture and Values to the team.

- Develop the store universe through active selling, the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept, and the rotating coverage model to WvsC.
- Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory, providing regular and constructive feedback.
- Manage Field Sales budget allocation and tracking, ensuring the team follows regular check-in intervals in Amplify.
- Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment that encourages a positive attitude, collaboration, and creativity.
- Interface with other departments within the company, acting as the communication point for the Field Sales Team within the defined territory.
- 5 years' experience in FMCG sector.
- Valid driving license.
- Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
- Clear understanding of the market sales & distribution, competitor activity, as well as consumer behavior in FMCG context.
- A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
- Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Middle/High Studies (business, marketing or similar).
- Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
