Technical Incident Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at Grupo Digital. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve IT incidents, minimizing disruption to our services and restoring normal operations as quickly as possible.
- Incident Reporting and Documentation: Receive and document incident reports, prioritizing and categorizing incidents according to severity and impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders and end-users regarding incident status and resolution, documenting incident response procedures and best practices.
- Post-Incident Reviews: Organize and chair Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) with a focus on 'lessons learned,' ensuring toolsets are updated regularly and accurately.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes, analyzing trends within incident data and acting upon root causes.
- Communication and Presentation: Deliver high-quality presentations (verbal and written) on incident timelines, causes, and resolutions.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Incident Resolution Specialist with a strong background in IT service management and incident response. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical systems and processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
Work Mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid, Spain.
Labor Conditions:
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Salary: EUR salary, paid by Grupo Digital.
