Business Development Strategist

As a Senior Business Development Representative at Pragmatike, you will play a crucial role in our expansion by driving business development initiatives that connect top talent with our clients, transforming their businesses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities
- Lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media)
- Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your approach to prospecting and client engagement
- Work closely with the business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector
- Experience in a startup or B2B environment with a focus on tech is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally
- A self-starter who is highly responsive, capable of taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
