Fintech Strategist

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that has been recognized as one of the top 15 European Fintechs to work for by AltFi. We offer a range of innovative products and services, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Strategist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for collaborating on the product strategy for Lending, focusing on subdomains such as Trade Finance, Fund Finance, and Sport Finance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within Lending, identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.
• Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions.
• Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.
• Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.

• A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
• At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
• Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
