Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Arrival Expert to join our team at W Barcelona. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from the moment they arrive at our hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage and other personal needs
• Offer personalized services such as taxi requests and hotel information
• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
