Job Title: Guest Arrival Expert

Job Summary:

As a Guest Arrival Expert at Le Méridien, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests from arrival to departure. You will take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide our guests throughout their stay, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process operational needs, satisfy guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights with guests.
  • Create a safe working environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
  • Stand and move frequently, performing manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects up to 23 kg without assistance and objects over 34 kg with assistance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
