By removing all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc., we give choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.
We're a Barcelona-based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris, soon to expand into multiple new markets across Europe. Backed by top Venture Capital firms, our growth phase is critical as we look to further build out our team and expand our business.
We've successfully raised a Series A investment round that will propel our growth throughout Western Europe.

We're seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager for Real Estate Solutions to join our team in Barcelona. This role will be instrumental in taking the business to the next level by developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.
Responsibilities | Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives. Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiating deals and contracts. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth. Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded. Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Real estate experience is mandatory. Relevant skills include strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Hubspot is a plus. Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes. Confident to work in cross-functional teams, and comfortable working in a start-up environment. An estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
