The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. This includes negotiating and building strong relationships with large clients and partners, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
