Job Summary

At Tech Stead, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of resellers and maximizing opportunities to generate sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned resellers to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls to resellers, with a minimum of contacts and conversations completed daily, as set by individual targets.
  • Prepare and send offers to resellers, as well as perform backoffice and admin tasks to support sales efforts.
  • Be the primary point of contact for resellers, providing support and guidance through email and phone.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with resellers, helping them to understand their weaknesses and strengths and define their selling strategy.
  • Analyze account sellout reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for sales growth.
  • Support resellers with price quotation requests for specific projects and serve as the point of contact between the reseller and their distributor.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English (B2).
  • Experience in managing large enterprises and partner relationships, with a strong understanding of sales and account management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify relevant information.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
