About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Account Manager to join our team at Tech Stead. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-tech resellers and driving sales growth in the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities and generate revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Communicate effectively with resellers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English (B2).
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Norwegian market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
