Job Title: Transportation Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Transportation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at CPM International. This role involves providing top-notch customer service to our clients and passengers, ensuring a seamless experience through our Transportation-as-a-Service deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, prioritizing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  2. Support our drivers and passengers, maintaining open communication to address their questions and needs.
  3. Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues, taking the recommended next best actions.
  4. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Via and its brand values, effectively communicating them to customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, particularly when supporting a paratransit service.
  • Autonomy, a fast learning ability, and a proactive attitude with a "can-do" mentality.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, providing the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Passion for giving a great customer experience and the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, working effectively under pressure and in stressful situations.
