Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with high-potential advertisers, promoting and selling our marketing services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our marketing services
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete information
- Strengthen the existing customer base while expanding into new markets
- Record call history and customer feedback in detail
- Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
- Monitor competitors' offerings and develop strategies to sell our own
Requirements
- Proficiency in German, with fluent English
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a goal-driven environment
- Confident, competitive, and proactive with a goal-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
- Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate various business models
