Job Summary

Altorecruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in the CASE and Plastics sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the chemical industry.

Main Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the CASE and Plastics markets, focusing on expanding the company's market presence in France and other French-speaking regions.

Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the sector, providing excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, keeping abreast of industry developments and competition.

Product Promotion: Promote the company's product portfolio by delivering technical and commercial presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and applications of the products.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing tailored solutions for clients and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and after-sales support for customers.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales role within the chemical industry, particularly in the CASE or plastics sectors.

Language: Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and proficient English/Spanish for internal communication.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CASE and Plastics markets, including products, competitors, and trends.

Skills: Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical product information to customers in a clear and compelling manner.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, able to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
