Digital Health Venture Founder

Antai Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture studio, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced co-founder to join our team and launch a new venture in the digital health space. As a co-founder, you will be responsible for launching and leading your company, with Antai Ventures providing strategic, financial, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Launch a product from scratch, ensuring product-market-fit and adapting to market evolution and company growth stage.
- Product Vision: Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition, as well as the product roadmap.
- Customer Needs: Analyze, prioritize, and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
- Product Performance: Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Be data-driven, reporting weekly on all user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of customer engagement and product strategy.
- Culture of Decision Making: Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
- More than +7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.
- A hands-on attitude, with a love for prototyping and building products with low code/no-code solutions, and experience in generating revenue through integrations.
- A highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams, with the ability to present complex information in simple terms.
- A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing B2B and B2C businesses.
- A broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX, and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
- Passion for the digital sector.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
