We are a venture studio based in Barcelona, with a presence across Southern Europe and Latin America. Our mission is to partner with and invest in talented co-founders to build global companies that disrupt multi-billion dollar industries.

About Us

Since 2012, we have co-founded over 30 companies, including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Piper. Our ventures have raised over $1.5 billion in funding, generated over $3 billion in shareholder value, and employ over 3,000 people.

Our Approach

We invest in our co-founders, providing strategic, financial, and operational support in key areas such as product, technology, legal, finance, business development, fundraising, and talent. Our goal is to help our co-founders quickly go from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Commercial, Product, and Growth Strategies
  • Build, Lead, and Motivate a Strong Team
  • Oversee All Operations and Business Activities
  • Analyze Problematic Situations and Provide Solutions
  • Review Financial and Non-Financial Results
  • Maintain Deep Knowledge of the Market and Industry
  • Build Trust with Key Partners and Stakeholders
  • Present the Company's Vision, Roadmap, and Results

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record in Taking Things from 0 to 1
  • 5+ Years of Experience in the Tech/Startup Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Public Speaking Skills
  • Proven Entrepreneurial and Analytical Mindset
  • Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment
