**About Us**

Antai Ventures is a pioneering venture studio based in Barcelona, with a strong presence across Southern Europe and Latin America. We collaborate with and invest in exceptional co-founders to establish global companies that aim to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. Since 2012, we have co-founded over 30 companies, including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Piper. **Our Next Venture**

We are now seeking the founders of our next venture in the B2B SaaS space. As a founder, you will be at the helm, launching and leading your company. We will invest in you and be your co-founding partners, providing strategic, financial, and operational support in all key areas (Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly scale from 0 to 1.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement commercial, product, and growth strategies
  • Build, lead, and motivate a strong team
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they meet desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission
  • Analyze complex situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Review financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
  • Build trust with key partners and stakeholders
  • Present the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of taking things from 0 to 1 and getting hands dirty
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, having previously held a management position
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
