**About Antai Ventures**

Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with a presence across Southern Europe and Latin America. Since 2012, we have co-founded over 30 companies, including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5 billion in funding, generated over $3 billion in shareholder value, and currently employ more than 3,000 people.

**Our Mission**

We partner with and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies that disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. In the last 10 years, we have gained experience in various business models, including e-commerce, digital native vertical brands, B2B software as a service, and marketplaces, operating in a wide range of industries, such as education technology, grocery, health technology, finance, insurance, real estate, and automotive.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a **Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer** to lead a new venture in the health technology space. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Bringing product vision, owning, and leading the strategy and proposition, as well as the product roadmap.
  • Analyzing, prioritizing, and translating customer needs into ideas for product development.
  • Leading and working on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great user experience for both end users and businesses.
  • Being data-driven: reporting weekly on all user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of customer engagement and product strategy.
  • Working closely with the CTO, CEO, and COO to create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.

**Requirements**

  • More than 7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.
  • A highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
  • A hands-on attitude, with a love for prototyping and building products with low-code/no-code solutions, and the ability to generate revenue.
  • The ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams, with the ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to the Board of Directors.
  • A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing consumer digital products.
  • A broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX, and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
  • A passion for the digital sector.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in health technology start-ups is a plus.
