Job Description

We are seeking a founder to launch and lead our next venture in the EdTech AI space. As a founder, you will be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We will invest in you and be your co-founding partners, providing strategic, financial, and operational support in key areas such as product, technology, legal, finance, business development, fundraising, and talent.

Responsibilities

  • Launch a product from scratch.
  • Ensure product-market fit by adapting to market evolution and company growth stage.
  • Bring product vision, owning and leading strategy and proposition, as well as product roadmap.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
  • Lead and work on digital product performance, driving business metrics and achieving great UX for end users and businesses.
  • Be data-driven, reporting weekly on user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to inform customer engagement and product strategy.
  • Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.

Requirements

  • More than 7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.
  • Hands-on attitude, love for prototyping, and building products with low-code/no-code solutions, with ability to generate revenue.
  • Highly analytical mindset with focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive business forward.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams, presenting complex information in simple terms.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing consumer digital products.
  • Broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX, UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
  • Passion for the digital sector.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
