We are seeking a visionary Chief Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at Lexidy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation.

As a Chief Operations Officer at Lexidy, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the CEO to execute the company vision and strategic plan.
  • Championing and ensuring alignment with our culture and values across all teams and processes.
  • Coordinating the Leadership team to ensure seamless integration of business units and city offices.
  • Identifying and addressing obstacles hindering team performance, providing guidance and support to eliminate them effectively.
  • Managing processes for recruiting, developing key people, and overseeing company-wide pay and perks council and framework.
  • Cost controlling in line with the business plan, budget, and company growth and profitability goals.
  • Implementing the management and operating system, ensuring goal alignment and achievement across 3 organizational levels.
  • Ensuring company-wide alignment through communication channels and company events.
  • Managing company key initiatives, core processes, and tracking core KPI metrics.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with client-facing teams to ensure the digitalization of operational processes and contribute to the development of a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.

Requirements
  • University-level business education and MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • Fluent English speaker (English is the common language within the business).
  • 2+ years of experience from a top-tier Consulting firm.
  • 4+ years of experience in an executive position in a digitally driven startup/scale up.
  • B2C and B2B as well as service sector experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving abilities, and experience with tools.
  • Proven track record of coordinating teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results.
  • Open-minded mindset with experience and international culture.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, empathy, active listening, and self-control.
  • Problem-solving, proactive, autonomous, and a team player with a collaborative approach.
