Job Description

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead our operations team in the health technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing technical operations, ensuring process optimization, service quality, deadline compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and execution of technical operations in the data fabric
  • Ensure process optimization, service quality, deadline compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and coordinate the different Operations teams
  • Work collaboratively with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams
  • Monitor and optimize the production tracking system and service quality
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and exploitation plans

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in leadership and management of production teams, preferably in a technology company
  • Technical knowledge of data management and experience in defining and managing production and quality control processes
  • Experience in establishing and monitoring operational metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and hierarchical levels within the company
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and constantly changing environment
  • Highly motivated, with strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
