About the Role

Antai Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture studio, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled co-founder to join our team and launch a new venture in the digital health space. As a co-founder, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of the company, working closely with our team of experienced operators to overcome challenges and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch a product from scratch, ensuring product-market-fit and adapting to market evolution and company growth stage.
  • Bring product vision, leading strategy and proposition, and product roadmap.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
  • Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.
  • Be data-driven, reporting weekly on all user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to inform the evolution of customer engagement and product strategy.
  • Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
Requirements
  • More than +7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.
  • Hands-on attitude, love for prototyping and building products with low code/no-code solutions, and ability to generate revenue.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams, presenting complex information in simple terms.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX, and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
  • Passion for the digital sector.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
