About the Role

Antai Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture studio, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Leader to co-found and lead our next venture in the Digital Health space. As a founder, you will be responsible for launching and driving the growth of our new company, leveraging your expertise in product development, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Development: Launch a product from scratch, ensuring product-market-fit and adapting to market evolution and company growth stage.
  2. Product Vision: Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition, as well as the product roadmap.
  3. Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze, prioritize, and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
  4. Product Performance: Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Be data-driven, reporting weekly on all user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of customer engagement and product strategy.
  6. Culture of Decision Making: Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
Requirements
  1. More than +7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in Product roles.
  2. Hands-on attitude, prototyping, and building products with low code / no-code solutions, with the ability to generate revenue.
  3. Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
  4. Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms.
  5. Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing B2B and B2C businesses.
  6. Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing consumer digital products.
  7. Broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
  8. Passion for the digital sector.
  9. Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  10. Fluency in Spanish and English.
