**Internship Opportunity**
We are seeking an intern to join our Venture Development Team, the core team at Antai Ventures, for a 6-month full-time internship. As an intern, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and analyzing new business models within the digital space as future venture opportunities for Antai;
- Supporting during the new enterprises' launching period;
- Actively monitoring portfolio companies' KPIs;
- Developing the start-ups' business plan;
- Assisting in the production of investor decks and other financial reports;
- Proactively participating in other ad-hoc projects that help the companies achieve a fast growth rate;
- Supporting on corporate transactions, including investment rounds, mergers, joint-ventures, acquisitions, and sales.
**Requirements**
- Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory;
- Economics or Business Administration degree;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Full-time dedication over a 6-month period;
- Deep analytical skills and ability to work independently;
- Passion for entrepreneurship and the digital sector;
- Interest and knowledge about the startup ecosystem in Spain;
- Good financial understanding;
- Previous internship or full-time work experience.
