Antai Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture studio, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Leader to co-found and lead our next venture in the Digital Health space. As a founder, you will be responsible for launching and driving the growth of our new company, leveraging your expertise in product development, market analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Launch a product from scratch, ensuring product-market-fit and adapting to market evolution and company growth stage.
- Product Vision: Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition, as well as the product roadmap.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze, prioritize, and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
- Product Performance: Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Be data-driven, reporting weekly on all user KPIs, translating product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of customer engagement and product strategy.
- Culture of Decision Making: Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
- More than +7 years of experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in Product roles.
- Hands-on attitude, prototyping, and building products with low code / no-code solutions, with the ability to generate revenue.
- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms.
- Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing B2B and B2C businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing consumer digital products.
- Broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis, and defining metrics.
- Passion for the digital sector.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
