Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Act as a change agent to drive process design and improvement
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Provide day-to-day advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and talent management
  • Remain current on employment legislation to advise and guide management during key decision-making processes
  • Lead and/or support annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management and talent development
Requirements
  • Education: Degree level or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in an HRBP or Senior Advisory position at the regional level
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience in providing strategic HR advice, employment law, and employee relations
  • Desirable: Exposure to employment law in multiple European countries, membership in an HR professional institution, and knowledge of recruitment
