Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide HR business partnering to Digital Sales & Marketing_VOIS within the Business_VOIS Service Line.
  • Support other HR Business Partners, partnering with members of the leadership team.
  • Input into and support the execution of the people and organisational plans with a focus on employee relations, organisation effectiveness, talent management, resourcing, coaching and building leadership capabilities.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
  • Act as the local VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.
  • Support local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruitment.
  • Support business managers in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR business partnering and a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
