We're committed to becoming a leader in software and payments solutions. To achieve this, we're seeking a skilled People Partner to join our team in Spain. As a strategic internal partner, you'll work closely with our managers and employees to drive operational and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trustful relationships with managers and employees, providing support and guidance on HR matters.
  • Support employees throughout their entire career journey, from onboarding to development and growth.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems, ensuring seamless integration with global and central HR measures.
  • Communicate HR processes and methodologies effectively, ensuring their correct application and adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams, global HR, and central HR Services to drive HR excellence.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in HR administration or a relevant human resources position.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws in Spain.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS, with previous experience in Workday being a plus.
  • Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and creative, with a keen ability to propose solutions.
  • Team player with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
