The Opportunity

We're seeking a Commercial Ambassador for Home Improvement Professionals to join our team in Germany. As a key member, you'll provide support both technically and digitally to ensure our Pro clients can easily navigate our platform and develop repeat purchase habits.

Your Mission

You'll advise and support our German Pro customers, focusing on providing human-centric support as the cornerstone of our customer experience. This includes:

  • Accompanying Pro customers through their purchases and website handling
  • Generating additional revenue through outbound calls and hot leads from existing customers
  • Providing technical advice on plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, construction works, and other specialties
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction and stimulating repurchase by offering reinsurance on delivery and inventory, optimizing shipping fees, and more

Your Profile

We're looking for a candidate with a solid experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably with fluency in English and German. A good understanding of products and expertise related to construction is a plus. Your mission will be to become part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of home improvement.
