Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
As a Supply Partner Director at Tyrads, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our revenue optimization efforts across our offerwall products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top publishers, ensuring long-term mutual revenue growth. You'll serve as the senior escalation point for all publisher-related matters, providing guidance and strategic direction to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Publisher Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and scale relationships with top-tier publishers, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and mutual revenue growth.
2. Onboarding and Integration Management: Manage and oversee the full onboarding process of new publishers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial conversation through integration and launch. Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development (BD) team to assess fit, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing monetization team fostering a culture of excellence. Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to drive results.
4. Monetization Strategy and Campaign Profitability: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize the profitability of both CPI and CPE campaigns. Balance the needs of CPI and CPE models, ensuring each campaign type is monetized effectively and contributes positively to overall revenue targets. Collaborate with CSS teams to identify opportunities to improve campaign profitability, making data-driven recommendations and adjustments.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and user engagement, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team. Lead the development of revenue forecasts and models to align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
