Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive sales growth and manage a high-performing sales organization in EMEA. As the Head of Sales / Sales Manager (Nordics & Benelux), you will be responsible for building and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand business within existing customer bases.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the enterprise segment, aligning it to business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to drive revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with key strategic customers and partners.
  • Cultivate a winning culture of high performance and engagement within the team.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of relevant sales experience, with over three years of people management in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor and leader across multiple segments, from SMB to Enterprise.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) and additional local language preferred (Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian).
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales plans & strategies.
  • Ability to build and develop a team, drive innovation, and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
