Sales Director for EMEA Region

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our EMEA region sales efforts for Broadcom's CA portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in EMEA
- Lead a team of EMEA business developers to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business objectives
- Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in additional European languages a plus
