VP Sales Southern Europe

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Regional Sales Director to lead our Southern Europe Cybersecurity sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of 4-5 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and key decision-makers in the region.
- Develop and execute a sales playbook that drives repeatable sales success and impresses prospective customers.
- Ensure the sales proposition meets the needs of our target market and is aligned with our company's overall strategy.
- Develop and manage a high-performing sales team through effective training, management, and hiring.
- Build, manage, and draw data-driven insights from the sales team's new business pipeline.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in cybersecurity sales.
- Strategic large Enterprise experience, selling cybersecurity SaaS products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English is essential.
