About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and successful VP Sales Southern Europe Leader to join our team at Intaso Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales professionals in the Southern Europe region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Southern Europe, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Build and manage a repeatable sales playbook that showcases our cybersecurity SaaS product and positions us as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Develop and manage data-driven insights from the sales team's new business pipeline to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in cybersecurity sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
