We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Specialist to join our team in the Northern Spain region. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client's success portfolio, leveraging their expertise in IVD to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain a robust client base, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding growing product lines and driving revenue growth.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support and product knowledge to clients, utilizing their experience in IVD to resolve complex challenges and drive business success.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic and collaborative cross-functional team across Spain and Europe, leveraging the expertise of Product Specialists and Field Sales Engineers to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. IVD Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in In Vitro Diagnostics is essential, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  2. Technical Background: A degree in Biochemistry or a related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of IVD principles and technologies.
  3. Commercial Skills: A passion for sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
