Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Support Specialist to join our Marketing & Commercial Planning department in Santander, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our Benchmark with the repository of competitive prices and commissions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the Offers tools for our different commercial channels in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Processing offers requested in Spain and Portugal, including customized high-pressure and voltage studies, multipoint studies, multicopy, public and private tenders, etc.
  • Directing communication with our sales department to resolve doubts, offers, invoices, technical queries, etc.
  • Providing technical support for internal client invoicing, document management, customer service, settlements, etc.
  • Resolving and clarifying incidents in the application of prices in invoicing (Spain and Portugal).
  • Registering, processing, and controlling commercial tariffs, as well as economic conditions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in business studies, engineering, economics, or a related field. You should have excellent knowledge of advanced Excel, programming skills in Visual Basic, and valuable knowledge of SQL and Python. Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBi is also an advantage.
