As a trusted partner to a leading global healthcare company, Wenham Carter Group is committed to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Specialist to join our team in Northern Spain.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IVD, with a proven track record of success in account management, new business development, and technical expertise. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support and product knowledge to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a well-established client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding growing product lines and increasing market share.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support and product knowledge to clients, leveraging expertise in IVD to solve complex challenges and drive business growth.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with a motivated and collaborative cross-functional team across Spain and Europe, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  1. IVD Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in In Vitro Diagnostics, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  2. Technical Background: A degree in Biochemistry or Biology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in scientific principles and methodologies.
  3. Commercial Skills: Proven ability to balance technical expertise with business development, with a strong passion for growing and managing accounts.
