Multicultural Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Multicultural Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As an ideal candidate, you have previous experience working as an administrative assistant, HR, or back office, and you are fluent in English with a native level of French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle contracts, including contract creation, issuing contracts, gathering necessary information for contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain up-to-date HR systems, files, spreadsheets, and reports while ensuring excellent accuracy and quality management skills.
- Support employees and managers as required, assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing first-class HR service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Previous contract management experience is highly desirable.
- Native level of French and fluent English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, etc.).
