Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for our customers, providing technical support and guidance on our cloud solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, each with large renewable energy sites critical to our business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Provide technical assistance through various channels, including email and phone.
- Suggest improvements to our platforms and services, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Renewable Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience providing technical support to customers, gained through roles such as Helpdesk, Customer Service, Technical Sales, or Technical Support.
- Proven track record of telematic problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
