About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at Accor Global Reservation Centre. As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by booking luxury travel experiences to our world-class destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guests' requests in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Have authentic conversations with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and make thoughtful recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality to provide guests with a unique and memorable experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism, with a background in luxury travel.
  • Native or proficiency level in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software, with a strong understanding of service principles and best practices.
  • Passion for travel and hospitality, with a genuine interest in learning and self-development.
