Your Mission
  • Respond to guest inquiries with empathy and creativity, showcasing your knowledge of luxury destinations and travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of Heartists to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Accor's culture, values, and quality standards to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Native or proficiency level in French and fluency in English (C1-C2).
