About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at Accor Global Reservation Centre. As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Have authentic conversations with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for luxury travel experiences.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Native or proficiency level in French and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of service principles and best practices.
Location and Availability

We are looking for candidates who are currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain and are available to start in Q4 2024.
