Our Mission

We're dedicated to serving as the connection between Accor and our guests through:

  • Responding to guests' requests in an unscripted environment, where we're known as Heartists (Heart + Artist).
  • Having authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations.
  • Sharing our knowledge and passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations to help our guests choose the right room and package for their needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Native or proficiency level in French and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of service principles and best practices.
