At the Accor Global Reservation Centre, we're passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients. As a Luxury Reservation Consultant, you'll be part of an international team that connects guests with our world-class locations and properties.

Your mission will be to serve as the connection between Accor and our guests through:

  • Responding to guest requests in an unscripted environment, where we're known as Heartists (Heart + Artist). Everything we do comes from the heart, and you have the freedom to be creative in your guest conversations.
  • Having authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations.
  • Sharing your knowledge and passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations to help your guests choose the right room and package for their needs.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

  • Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Luxury travel experience is a plus.
  • Native or proficiency level in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).
  • Comfortable with computers and new software.
  • Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
  • Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
