Lead a Portfolio of Partners
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling Private Label Solutions' relationships with medium-sized partners in the Northern Europe & Southeastern Europe Region. You will lead a portfolio of around 6 to 10 partners at any given time, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a smooth account transition process and drive strong post-launch results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with accounts mainly through remote work, with some face-to-face interaction.
- Diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and collaborate with teams like Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Supply, and Site Optimization.
- Rename and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals for both Expedia and the partner.
- Identify best practices and proactively share them with affiliate partners.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for business.
- Passion for travel & technology combined.
- Ability to navigate the PLS organization and involve other teams when necessary.
