Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Germany. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify and target high-potential prospects
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, including cold calling
- Engage with C-level decision-makers to build rapport and assess business needs
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and match these with appropriate cloud solutions to build value in the sales process
- Update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.Com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent level of German (C2) and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the IT industry
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business insight
- Comprehensive Training: 4 weeks of intensive training on Google Ads and sales techniques
- Ongoing Development: Continuous training and certifications on Google products, with coaching support for personal and professional growth
