Business Development Representative - German Language Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Germany. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify and target high-potential prospects
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, including cold calling
  • Engage with C-level decision-makers to build rapport and assess business needs
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and match these with appropriate cloud solutions to build value in the sales process
  • Update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.Com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent level of German (C2) and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the IT industry
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business insight
