About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT recruiter to join our thriving DACH team at Montreal Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech market and its specific recruitment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English or German, with preferably working proficiency in English
- 1+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (with interest or experience in working on the DACH Market)
- Proven experience or demonstrated willingness to transition into business development
